Webisoft has joined forces with the Midnight Foundation to create a confidential trading solution for decentralized finance. The collaboration will yield an institutional dark pool exchange built on Midnight's privacy-focused blockchain, leveraging zero-knowledge proofs and private order matching to shield large trades from public view.

Current decentralized exchanges expose all orders on-chain, creating costly visibility for institutional players. Market participants can front-run large orders, exacerbating slippage and execution costs. The new dark pool model keeps orders hidden until after matching, settling trades at public market prices without disruptive feedback loops.

This initiative marks a strategic push to bring Wall Street-style execution to Web3. Midnight's privacy stack enables confidential trading at scale - a critical missing piece for institutional DeFi adoption.
